1966 Dune Buggy up for sale
It’s powered by 2332cc with dual 48 carbs. Starts right up and runs pretty good. Leaks some oil.
It’s been lowered and has disc brakes up front. Driving wise the shifter and steering have some slop. If you don’t let the clutch out just right in first gear, it sometimes shakes. Rides down the road pretty good for a lowered VW. Needs some seatbelts mounted.
Converted to right hand drive. Removable top that lifts up on each side for easy entry. Front and rear safari windows. Gauges are not hooked up. Headlights, brake lights, turn signals all work. Also has an LED light bar and a few other LED lights on it.
Hard to tell in the pictures, but the paint is a pearl white. Presents nicely but does have a few flaws from being driven.
The car isn’t perfect but is a fun, head turning car. Basically a street legal go kart.
I got the car in a trade and didn’t register it in my name. It is exactly as when I got it. It does have a clear Florida title ready to be put in the next owner’s name.
